Do I need to have already purchased my spa?

No. You can register before or after purchase so the process can be planned correctly.

What is a pre-installation inspection for?

The pre-installation inspection confirms your spa location is compliant before it’s installed. We assess clearances, barrier requirements, and site conditions to ensure everything is set up correctly and avoids delays with approvals or certification.

What happens after I submit?

You receive confirmation, your engagement paperwork, and the next steps to keep your project moving.

Do you take care of all of the permits with my local council, and what does that cost?

Yes, we handle the building permit with your council and surveyor. Our standard fee covers all regular documentation and lodgement. If the council needs extra documents or approvals, we’ll send you a proposal for your approval. For any additional fees or inspections required by the surveyor, there’s no need for your approval, we’ll just inform you about the cost and keep you updated.

I also want to install a deck and a verandah

No problem, we can incorporate additional structures on the same building permit and look after any associated consents required.

Will I receive a set of final plans and can I lodge the permit myself?

Yes, you will receive final plans. Steps such as lodging the permit can be handled by you if you prefer, or we can manage it for you.
