Terms and Conditions – Pool Design Pack

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of the Pool Design Pack (“Service”) offered by Pool Safety Network (ABN 52 092 109 138) (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order and making payment, you (“the customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not purchase or use the Pool Design Pack.


2. Service Description

The Pool Design Pack is a fixed-price design and documentation service that includes:

4. Turnaround Time

Following receipt of your order and any required property details, we aim to deliver your Pool Design Pack within 7–10 business days.

Timeframes are indicative only and may vary depending on workload, information supplied, and council or planning complexities.


5. Information You Provide

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.


6. Scope of Service

The Pool Design Pack provides concept and permit-ready plans for domestic swimming pools. It does not include:

7. Compliance and Limitations

All designs are prepared to be council and compliance ready, based on current Victorian Building Regulations and local planning overlays where applicable.

However, final approval always remains subject to your local council or building surveyor.


We cannot guarantee permit approval in every case, as it depends on site-specific conditions and external authority requirements.


8. Revisions

Each Pool Design Pack includes one round of minor revisions (e.g., adjusting pool location, finishes, or fencing).

Major design changes or redraws outside of the original scope may incur additional fees.


9. Refunds and Cancellations

Because the Pool Design Pack is a customised professional service, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

If you request a cancellation before we begin design work, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion, less a $150 administrative fee.

If design work has started, the full fee is non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that we cannot complete your pack due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.


10. Intellectual Property

All drawings, renders, and documentation created by Pool Safety Network remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables solely for the purpose of obtaining pool permits or engaging builders for your property.

You may not sell, reproduce, or distribute our materials for use on other properties or projects without written permission.


11. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the Pool Design Pack is provided on an “as is” basis.

We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss, cost, or damage arising from reliance on the information provided, including but not limited to construction errors, permit refusals, or contractor performance.

Your use of the Pool Design Pack is at your own risk.


12. Privacy

Your personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We do not store or have access to your full credit card details – all payments are processed securely via our payment gateway provider.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria.
